Pint Sized Powerhouse of the Week

Coming in at 5'3" (160cm), this weeks shorty is November/December Muscle & Fitness Hers cover girl, Cheryl Brown.

Not only is Cheryl a  six time IFBB Figure Champion, she's also an exercise physiologist, nutritioniest, certified trainer, fitness model and proud mum of 3 kids; her oldest being 17! Go Cheryl!
Though she's been committed to health and fitness for many years earning her undergraduaste degree in Food & Nutrition and a masters degree in Exercise Physiology, she only started competing in figure in 2008.
Her list of wins is quite impressive, especially for such a short time to be competing;

I think shorter women make better competitors. I don't know any excellent competitors taller than 5'5" with the exception of Michelle Nazaroff

Being only 5'1" -I've just been highlighting gals under 5'3" :-0
Of which, yes, there are quite a few! though I'm looking for some more pro-Aussie shorties if you got any names!
