In order to get a head start on goals for the new yar, at the end of November 2010, I did 20 of these raised push ups with a goal of 50 by the end of January 2011-well, I did it! The last few are a bit sloppy, but I still pushed 'em out...yeehaw! Not bad for 43...
I'd say egg yolks and coconut oil are doing me some good! ;-0

I'm with you on adding more fats to the diet. I eat whole eggs, flax/olive/fish oils, lot of raw nuts and PB and my energy is through the roof! The fats also keep my hunger at bay too ;-)
