I can't believe I squeezed out forty of them today...I'm just so pumped and excited about our new venture! Last week I managed to eek out 35 and was shooting for 37 this week....but just kept on going-it was hard, but I'm stoked!
And yep...we are moving to Agnes Water in February! I'm really excited; this property has so much potential-and I really like the house. I can't wait to get down there and get dirty revamping the garden and adding some fruit trees, get a really good herb garden going, chooks, goats, cattle; and of course get a new studio up and running. The hardest part about leaving here is telling current clients that of our plans; so far they have been sad but supportive.

congrats on the new property. gonna grow all/most of your own food, that is great. stock a fish pond for fish, and get a cow, a goat, a couple of pigs, and some hens and you will be all set for fish, meat, dairy, eggs, poulty, and if you get real craft, why not make your own butter (cow/goat milk) :) it is a lot of work having a farm, been there done that, lost it in the divorce. good for you tho!! have a GREAT w/end and *gentle hugs*
Thanks Poet; yes we want to do as much on our own as we can; we've had a farm before-it was a holiday "farm stay" (w/tourist cabins) -just didn't do the veggie thing...leased out land for cattle and did some of our own cattle-had chickens for eggs; this time we want to do the cattle but grass fed-not huge -but commercially viable, and chickens for meat eggs for ourselves plus the veg and maybe some fruit etc. Oh, and yes dairy goat for our own raw milk and cheesee etc. Doing tons of research atm! You have a great weekend too!

Your move sounds exciting, as moves tend to be. Fixing up a new place and making it your own is good work. Hope the push ups workouts give you plenty of stamina for the job ahead.
Woohoo! Nice work Raechelle on the Push Ups, you go girl! You'd whip my ass there, I HATE push ups and I'm terrible at them... probably because I don't bother with them, hehe :)
Congrats on the place at Agnes Waters, it's just beautiful there. I remember when we stopped there on our move from Cairns to Goldie and it was really nice. I hope it all goes well and you get everything set up that you want.
