First off for this week is roasted butternut squash-super easy and super yum!

I only used about 1/2 of one-peel and slice into thick pieces.
Brush both sides with olive oil. Brush one side with honey and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C (400 F) then flip and brush other side with honey-sprinkle feta crumbs and bake for another 15 minutes. TOO EASY!
