Looking Back; "FIGURING" it out...

CORAL COAST CLASSIC, FIGURE MASTERS LINEUP

So, now that I'm looking at the picture from the weekend, keeping in mind how awful the lighting was, I see I really was not lean enough. Part of the reason for this, not all of course, but at least part was that I was definitely holding too much water. I know exactly what I did wrong regarding that, and bet you dollars to doughnuts (mmmmmm doughnuts...hehe) I will not be making that same mistake this weekend!

The gal on my right (to the left looking at the picture) took first place, I took second...and I honestly do not know who took third..my bad! I think it was the very next girl over.

I'm pleased with the outside pics-they turned out cute!
So, there you have it...on the Asia Pacific....and getting that water out...LOL!

Here's what I see, and you know I'll give you honest constructive criticism Raechelle.

1. You definitely, without a doubt have the most muscle mass in the line up and a great shape in my opinion.

2. Your symmetry looks good, although like you said the bad lighting and photo makes it a little difficult to be 100% sure about that.

3. Yep you're looking a little on the soft side which you've already identified. Dry out some more and damn, you're going to be one tight full package girl.

Now this is just my opinion and I'm no judge. I'm just telling you what I see and think.

Like you, I always use my first comp as a dry run so I can nail the condition for my next comp. I've always done that.

Good luck with your manipulation this week and I look forward to seeing the changes you make win, lose or place. It makes no difference to me in the big scheme of things. You being happy and healthy with the package you present is what's important here.

Thanks for that Lia!
You know, I talked to the gal that pu on the show (had to find who's clothes I went home with...LOL!) and she said the same thing...symmetry, muscle all there-just needed to be leaner.
Cheers hon! you're a doll!

You look like a super star chica! YOU should be so PROUD of yourself...you have been such a bright light for everyone sharing your journey, your struggles, your life! You are truly an inspiration to all of us!

Too much water, who cares to me,......to push yourself for 12 weeks is the prize.....we all learn something new each and every time we compete!

Its a journey........just like life!

Congrats girl!
