Busy, Busy, Busy....

Yep-the next few days are flat out....as usual right before a comp! So this will probably be my final post until after this weekends comp.

Clients to train, food to cook, nails to polish, arms to wax, body to tan, final posing practice to do...it's all happenin'! Did my final tabata sesh yesterday, and a final full body light workout circuit today. I am not nearly as tired and loopy as I had been over the previous weeks; I think knowing that this weekend it's happening-I've got some extra energy, thankfully! It will be interesting to see how I go next week since I have to basically get straight back into the no carbs on Tuesday.
