Dang! I can't believe I'm at the 9 week mark. I'm feeling ok with my bod...will be doing pics and measures this weekend. Of course TOM is visiting early next week-so not happy with that frickin' belly bloat I'm already noticing today. Never mind...the scales are staying down below the 53K mark....measures should show some nice drops too.
Training this week has been ok; looking forward to John hammering me on legs tomorrow since last weekend was a total wash. It looks like the cyclone will be hitting further south....though I feel for those people, I'll be happy if it does not hit here, for obvious reasons!
Not much else to report. How are you going with your goals so far this year? Staying on track?
