GOOD MORNING!! :o)

Just finished my post-training meals whilst I watched your vlog Raechelle. It's important that we listen to our bodies and not push them beyond our boundaries so your decision not to compete at the all females is probably a good one all things considered.

Enjoy your workout and have a great weekend! xxx

Hey gorgeous girl! Lookin good, you are going to take that Townsville stage by storm!!! Sounds like you have made a very sensible decision about the All Females too. Our bodies are very clever at telling us what they need to do aren't they? (I think you once told me that!) Good to see you vlogging again too.

Have a great Sunday (without the computer) and will chat next week!

Hey Raechelle

Lookin' good girl! ;)

As Lia said, it's great you're listening to your body. You do what ever you need to do, and only you can decide on what's best. It's about reaching for your goals, but with longevity of health and happiness always in mind. :)

Hey Raechelle,

Enjoy your Vlogs... you are looking great! Good plan to not do the All Females... it is very expensive doing 3 comps in one year! It won't run away, there is always next year like you said. I'm in two minds whether to do that show also!!

Shannon :)
