Hittin' it!

Hi guys! How is everyone going? Me, I'm going pretty strong. I actually hit the wall a bit over the weekend, but once I started training clients this week, it's really motivating me for my own workouts! I train one client first thing in the morning a couple days a week and do my own workout afterwards-so after making her push through-I feel pretty amped to push through my own barriers! It's great!

Other than that, getting the freezer and cupboards stocked up with food as we are heading into the wet season now...I'm sure we'll encounter at least a few days of flooding in which either we can't get to the shops, or the supply trucks can't get to the shops; lots of veggies and lean meat in the freezer-plus lots of canned veg and tuna...in case something worse happens along and the power goes out. I don't want to be caught out during comp prep!

How about you? Have you been planning for unexpected events...even just for those days when nothing goes right, you really need to have a back up plan to stay on the healthy track. Tins of tuna or chicken in your purse (and plastic fork to eat it with!), some prepped chicken burgers or balls in the freezer for dinners. You need to plan ahead if want to achieve your fitness goals!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

We are stocked up here too Raechelle. I have just started new food plan and training and I am so excited it is going so well. I had a sugar addiction and I have gone cold turkey and stopped! My training feels so different and it has only been a couple of days. x

Here's crossing fingers that our stock up isn't too necessary! :-)
