Finding Focus After Forty is all about health and working out. Whether it's fitness, food, alcohol addiction, gardening, figure competition-I talk about all of it. Sharing what I learn and learning from you!
YAY I'm stoked you tried the recipe that I suggested, I knew you would love it! Even though I'm not a fan of mangoes I might even try making it when I'm up at my in-laws. Daniel's family are huge fans of mangoes and if I don't like it they'll help me out in that department. LOL!!
I have my lesson at apple on thursday so after that I should be right to create a vlog using iMovie, fingers crossed.
Just be warned Lia, once it freezes-it's super hard-so when you want to eat it-take it out for a while to soften. :-) I think it's less mango tasting because of the orange/mango jelly crystals. I made 2 batches at once-which didn't work well with my blender-and I couldn't use the full serve of yogurt-so just make one batch for sure-I imagine the more yogurt you can put in-the more creamy it will be.
My husband and I are American-Australians and have lived in Aus for 14 years. We are both certified Personal Trainers and have enjoyed working out for a combined 50 years. I am also a figure competitor (coming out of retirement!) and have overcome an alcohol addiction. With this blog I not only share my interest in health & fitness but share my story on how I continue to over-power my alcohol addiction in the hopes of helping others who may suffer from addiction.
Still continuing the journey of being as healthy as I can be and hopefully helping a few others be their healthiest too!
