Nothing new here, just tried and true! You're most likely aware of all of these items-but maybe had forgotten how good and convenient they are. Please see notes below for some info I left out of the vid. (Oh, and yes-still on my little camera-waiting for the after Chrissy sales for a real video camera...I'm still researching and would love more input on what to buy!)
NOTES:
1) The U.S. Food & Drug Administration does not recommend washing fruit & veg with soap & water. The product I mention is made with natural ingredients-as are several I found online in Australia.
2) The crunchy protein is a whey protein as opposed to soy protein.
3) I don't recommend eating tuna every day due to the mercury levels...2 or 3 times a week max....and I don't want to know about it if you don't like tuna...hehehe!
Have a great week!

Just wanted to say I enjoyed 'your favourite things' Raechelle. It's always good to learn about how people are doing things differently, and how we can improve on things. Will have to keep an eye out for the vegetable wash. And I learnt something new today...thank you! :)
Thanks Kerry....I found some brands in Aus...EnviroCare and EnviroClean and I think one that's is called Fit Clean...
cheers!
I try and buy organic vegetables where I can and I hardly wash stuff unless it looks like it needs it. Probably not a good thing!
Hi Raechelle,
You are getting so good at this vlogging stuff. Good on you girl! I too used to eat the Ladybird Crunch, and also went off it when they changed the recipe for it. I did not like it's new taste or texture either. What did you say the name of your new crunch is?
LOL SS-yes-you should wash everything. :-)
Why thank you Lauren!
It's Performance Whey Crunchy Cereal by TOP nutrition. We order it from City Health Foods in the 500g tubs.
Cheers!
