Baby's First Vlog!

Well-I did it! Since a few gals have been doing it or talking about doing it, and of course I've watched Kelly O for, what a year now-and Jackie, I decided to jump on the band wagon! Just for fun, don't know if I'll make a habit of it. I just did it on my digital camera-didn't want to run out and by a video camera in case it really doesn't turn out. So, here ya go-pretty short because I think I only get about 3 minutes on the camera so-I tried to fit in a bit of my history quickly. Dang-it takes forever to upload to You Tube! Let me know what you think-yes I'm perspiring-it's summer in the tropics! And yes, I say Ummm and So quite a bit. So ummm-there!
:-)

Loved your VLOG Raechelle! It's great to hear your voice. thank you for the little history/background of yourselves - I thoroughly enjoyed it. What an interesting and varied life you've had so far. Can you do a VLOG of your finished PT studio when done? That would be great. :)

Mango recipe: Frozen Mango Mousse

2/3 cup cream, chilled
1 lge mango
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar

1. place cream in large bowl, refrigerate 30min.
2. puree mango flesh, set aside. beat egg yolks, add sugar and continue beating til sugar is dissolved & misture is pale & thick. Add mango puree & beat 1 further minute.
3. beat cream til stiff peaksf rom, fold into mago mixture, combine thorougly. divide among 4 serving dishes or glasses, cover & freeze til set.

Of course, you could substitute some of the ingredients with healthier alternatives.

I also used this recipe recently to make a frozen mousse from the 'chocolate pudding fruit' I told you of. It was delish!

Love it! You have a very natural presence.

Do you use the webcam on a laptop? Maybe some of the beautiful outdoors in the background? =)

Thank you Tara-I am a pretty shy person by nature as well-but the camera is fun!

Right now it's just the digital camera-but I am now on the hunt for a vid camera Heather!
Definitely want to get some outdoor stuff.
Thank you for the lovely compliment!

Loved it Raechelle, you have a lovely American accent. My friend Susze has not lost her American accent either. I hope you do more vlogs too.

Have you tried dried mango?
Buy a food dehydrator, slice the cheeks about quarter inch thick and several hours later, you have something resembling a potato chip.

Man, these are so delicious!
