Computerless Sunday Tomorrow!

The flood of information that swamps me daily seems to produce more pain than gain. --Paul Hemp

I need to come up with a better name than Computerless Sunday...LOL...maybe Techless Sunday? hmmm...any suggestions?
Anyway-I'm off the computer until Monday-I actually enjoyed not having it on at all last Sunday-sort of liberating really!

Back, Bis & Tris tomorrow-15 weeks until comp prep starts...and so far things seem to be healing and dealing with the workouts-YAHOO!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend! See y'all next week!

I take Sundays off too. No work, usually no workout, unless I do yoga. I take that day totally for me, to not worry about anything and mentally detox. ;-) Personal Space Sunday? hehe

I can't imagine not turning my computer on every morning! It's one of the first things I do.. check emails, the news etc! The only concessions I make on the wekends is to not read or comment on blogs unless there is NOTHING else to do! so here I am late on sunday night blogging, cos there is nothing left to do but go to bed! And it's too early to go to bed yet! Even if Stew wouldn't mind going there right now... if ya know what I mean! ha ha ha.

Hi there! I would love to have a day per week that did not involve the computer. But since I have just started this whole blogging thing...I think I am a little addicted at the moment. Maybe you could call it 'cyberless sunday' or just call it the 'SWAT' rule - Sunday's Without Any Technology.

Yes-it's a definite must I think...Not turning on the computer at all is a little tough at first-but quite liberating!
