How Strong Are Your Glutes, Really?

Great article about the hammies!
Regardless of your specific training goals, everyone I've encountered can benefit from having stronger, more functional glutes.

Figure Athletes who compete need them because, as any judge would tell you, Figure competitions are won from the backside.

Female sports athletes need strong glutes because they're primarily responsible for the ability to decelerate, change direction, accelerate, and move explosively.

And female fitness enthusiasts need more functional glutes for improved posture and prevention of injury to the low back and the knees.

Besides, having a good-looking rear end is always nice!

I just had a good workout with my thighs and "glutes"...and my wife feels GREAT!

I wish you well on your recovery. I can't relate to that particular addiction, but I know of others that can.

I was just talking about this topic a week or so ago= I remember during my divorce I lost a lot of weight, and not in the healthy way. And all my clothes were falling off me, and my bootay just like disappeared. It was like flat butt time and back then it was the thinnest I'd been in a while. It appealed to me for a short time, but now I see how awesome a really nice lifted ROCK SOLID butt- a shapely one that you can see IS!! And now I've been working hard on working it- not being scared to go heavy and such and aiming toward butt DOMS HAHA. My massage guy says he can tell my glutes are getting better and better every time we do massage. That makes me soooo happy. Flat wimpy butts- NO WAY. WOOT!

Well, I admit I know zero about training and thighs and glutes (training!), but I sure know about addiction.

And I know about recovery. So maybe it's time to learn about something else.

Well, I'm going to learn to speak Spanish, but that does Nothing for glutes and/or thighs.

In any case, PEACE!
