Today is just cardio….so I did my morning jog with the dog and will do some treadmill this afternoon before my SPORTS MASSAGE appointment number 2. I’m hoping that it will not take me so long to “recover” this week as it did last week-I felt kind of buggered all last week. I’m assuming that since it’s only been a week I won’t be as knotted up (crossing fingers anyways!). I still have the same aches-but I do think my sacro is a bit better.

Other than that, I’m hoping to get a phone call from Phil Lehner, head judge for the ANB this week. I took some advice from SHELLEY and called to try to get feedback on the comp I did last year. Normally you go up to the judges table right after the comp; but I was so over it and knackered after that comp, and honestly thought I was not going to ever be competing again- I didn’t bother. Anyway-even though it’s been almost a year, I e-mailed and talked to Mr. Lehner and sent through some comp pics, per his request-and he e-mailed me back saying he’d like to call me to discuss so I gave him my number Friday and hopefully I will hear back from some time this week. It’ll be interesting to see what he says…..I already have an idea of the changes I need to make …but would like to hear from one of the people that actually JUDGED me and of course knows allot about the comps.

Basically this is just another step I'm taking to help me in making my decision of whether or not I'm going to compete next year. What do you think I'll decide? Hmmmm?
