Black Sapote...


Commonly known as Chocolate Pudding Fruit this amazing fruit is low in fat and an excellent source of Vitamin C containing about 4 times as much as an orange. The fruit is delicious eaten fresh or used as a chocolate substitute in recipes and milkshakes...
SUPER YUMMY IN PROTEIN DRINKS! And our property is absolutely dripping in these. Lucky they taste so good and are so darn healthy!

Never heard of this fruit before-but it sounds yummy!

I hadn't heard of them until we moved to this property-but we have many trees just dripping with them. They are apparently quite popular in South America and parts of Mexcio.
And we are discovering that local wineries use them in wine....so we may have a market for them :-)
