- Raechelle
- My husband and I are American-Australians and have lived in Aus for 14 years. We are both certified Personal Trainers and have enjoyed working out for a combined 50 years. I am also a figure competitor (coming out of retirement!) and have overcome an alcohol addiction. With this blog I not only share my interest in health & fitness but share my story on how I continue to over-power my alcohol addiction in the hopes of helping others who may suffer from addiction. That was so sweet... I would be concered for the elephant in the long term though, cos she's bound to outlive the dog. Shame really.

I love this story - I saw it on the Telly ne night and just sat and cried - Animals will do that to me everytime... People?? Nope!
