
Finally! I gotta tell ya’ll-I had been in a bit of a funk over the last few weeks-just not in the mood for much of anything, even my workouts have been somewhat half-assed. And my eating-not terribly on, my meditating-not really on…So, I’ve been reading blogs and checking out fit peeps-and finally something-or someone hit me the right way and now I’m ready to get back in there.
So-This weekend is all about back to the program-doing cardio in the afternoons- Monday-chest, shoulders & abs-going to go for a new PB on Bench press people-that's right-time to rock on again!
So-onward! How are you doing? Have you hit any stumbling blocks-we are all human and bound to get caught up in something once in a while-but the important thing is…eventually we will move past and move on!

I just caught up on your blog last night Raechelle, and I noticed a bit of a negative vibe - I'm glad you're back on the upward climb now too.

I have been having a rough time lately too, just exhausted really, but I am better today! :D Glad your doing better too, sometimes it takes a bit of work to get out of these slumps.

Oh I've totally gotten far off- or two steps back, whatever- toward the end of last year in the midst o of all the medical drama and then my company going bankrupt...it was just a huge snowball effect....but forcing myself to be back in the game....it did it. I'm back!!

Seems like we have all been ina total funk these last couple of weeks, I hit a walllast week and it was only with Lia's and Kelli's help that I managed to pull through and keep going.. Glad you arenow through yours too!
I have a work deadline that has been throwing off my routine this week. I'm okay with taking one week off...I hear it's good for the body and I will jump right back in next week. It happens but the good part is we can always fall right back in line!
