
Not quite so impressive today :-(
Since we didn't make it to the gym Monday-I did back, bis and tris today; I did 3 sets of pull-ups but only got 5, then 6 then 5 all unassisted-but I was planning to do 3 sets of 7-I will blame it on not getting a good nights sleep a couple of nights in a row and shoot for my 3 of 7 the week after next. Good to mix it up and not do the same thing each time ya' know!

I reckon the chick in the photo is being assisted anyway! Well done on the pull ups! I haven't done any in ages and miss them - sigh!
I think your pull up counts are AWESOME! I hate pull ups...hate them, hate them, hate them! Maybe why that is why I am so terrible at them! :) But I always FEEL them majorly the next day...all over...back, biceps, core.
