OBSTACLES & CHALLENGES

Well, I gotta tell you, I’ve encountered an obstacle this week, so this is the advice I’m following right now-working through the obstacle. I won’t go into the gory details and bore you to death….but just remember-WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY!

Oh-super-wide grip lat pull downs yesterday…worked up to my final 2 sets of 45k (99lbs) for 5 reps –so I should be able to tackle those pull-ups again next week! Shooting for at least one set of 8 unassisted people! I know I can do it- I KNOW IT!!!

So-getting through obstacles and shooting for physical challenges-that's what I'm doing. How about you? What obstacles are you climbing over; what challenge have you set for yourself this week? You can get through it all- it whatever it is!

Yeah...did my first fit box class couple of nights ago, to see how my body would fair. Let me tell ya...I know I'm alive! It was tough, but at least I know where I need to be going. Reality is tougher...but I gave it 110%, and even though I was shagged, I did pretty damn good...no injuries...no strains...just bloody sore and tired!

I have no obstacles this week other than a long weekend and too much free time on my hands, mind tends to wander.. :-S

Go girlfiend. Good job on the pull downs. I managed to do 130lb for 20 reps and am mega proud of myself.
